Hello, my name is Sara and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 10+ years experience in my field. My goal is to use mindfulness and compassion to improve your understanding of yourself, your quality of life and your relationships. My focus is on grief and trauma, however, I am open to all clients. I offer free 15 minute initial consultative sessions to determine if I am a good fit for you. I look forward to meeting with you.
